So I do think that we're in a very different era where we're having a different conversation about what is the employer's responsibility to provide a great experience for people and to really look at your people as people, you know, and understand that like they need some flexibility. People have kids and they got to go pick people.

We don't have a lot of support for parents in this country. Like, you know, people need different kinds of support. flexibility, people with aging parents. So I think the companies that are flexible and understanding and empathetic, they are the ones that are going to retain their people. And that gives me so much hope.
